Denture to Implant Conversion
Tired of a loose denture? Convert to fixed full-arch implant teeth, or stabilize your denture with implants. Hauppauge, Long Island.

What it is
A conventional denture rests on the gums, and the bone underneath slowly shrinks without tooth roots to stimulate it. That is why dentures loosen over time. Implants replace the roots, so the teeth on top are held by the jaw rather than by suction or adhesive.
Who it helps
- Your denture moves when you eat, talk or laugh
- You rely on adhesive or avoid foods you used to enjoy
- Your denture no longer fits the way it did
- You want to slow the bone loss that dentures cannot prevent
What to expect
We assess your bone with a CBCT scan and talk through both options: a fixed arch that stays in, and an implant-supported overdenture that snaps on and comes out for cleaning. Many long-time denture wearers are still candidates for fixed teeth.

Common questions.
I have worn dentures for years. Is it too late for implants?
Often not. Some bone is lost after years without teeth, but full-arch techniques are designed to use the bone that remains, and grafting is available when it is needed. A CBCT scan gives a real answer.
