Teeth in a Day
Walk in with failing teeth, leave with a fixed provisional arch the same day. Immediate-load full-arch implants in Hauppauge, Long Island.

What it is
Teeth in a Day, or immediate loading, means a fixed provisional arch is attached to your new implants on the day of surgery. It is a real fixed bridge you eat, speak and smile with while the implants heal. It is not your final set of teeth: those are made once healing is confirmed.
Who it helps
- You do not want to go a single day without teeth
- Your implants achieve strong initial stability at surgery
- You want to try the look and feel of your new smile before the final arch
- You need extractions and implants in the same visit
What to expect
Because our lab is in the building, your provisional arch is prepared ahead of surgery and finished on the day. Sedation is available for the procedure. Over the following months we adjust the provisional with you, and every adjustment informs the final design.

Common questions.
Will I really leave with teeth the same day?
In most cases, yes. The one requirement is that the implants are stable enough at surgery to support a provisional arch. If they are not, we protect them first and attach the teeth once they can carry load. We would rather tell you that on the day than risk the implants.
Can I eat normally with the provisional arch?
You will be on a soft diet while the implants integrate, typically for the first few months. The provisional is fixed, so you can eat and speak with it, but it is made of a softer material than the final arch and is meant to protect the healing implants.
